Originally built in 1961, now the Guaraní Esplendor Hotel appears modern and renovated, with 13 floors of 19 rooms each. Although it maintains its old façade, it was totally refurbished down to the smallest detail, to offer 5-star quality services. The hotel was recently declared `Heritage of the Latin American Culture´, together with other buildings of great architectural value, and it is considered a symbol for Asunción and South America.
